Remarks: You will be allowed to browse the set of installation while you are required to walk over the installation by seeing the connected and disconnected connections with the vintage electronic applications. As such, it is a chance to remind yourself how people connected with others nowadays, histories and even loads of unknown things in the future…etc.

After numbers of conversation among the fifties and sixties (50s–60s), we often revolve around a major life transition, shifting from "doing" to "being" and focusing on health, legacy, and quality of life.

However, FUNCLE wants to give young people a sense of ownership over history with better understanding of the past, present and future by providing context for current events, fostering critical thinking, promoting empathy and offering lessons from past mistakes and successes.

FUNCLE believes art has the power to transcend time, leaving an indelible mark on the human spirit. It's more than just aesthetics; it's a vessel for emotions, ideas, and cultural values that can resonate across generations. From the awe-inspiring murals of ancient civilizations to the contemporary masterpieces that grace our studio/ platform, art serves as a timeless bridge connecting the past, present, and future.

As such, we created this art installation to allow visitors to become part of the work - even only make a small move and step into the installation, to spend a few minutes of the work with a variety of collectables and priceless memorable items that contain the histories of Hong Kong. It is truly a lot more impactful and powerful to tell the【POWER OF TRANSFORMATION】than any other forms of presentation.

當在五、六十年代的朋友對話中，大都圍繞著人生重大轉折點的展開。就如從“工作”轉變到“生活”，再關注健康、傳承和生活品質等的話題。

然而，FUNCLE 希望透過自身經歷的背景、成長培養的批判性思維、同理心以及分享過往成敗經驗，幫助年輕人可以理解過去、現在和未來，從而增強他們對歷史的認知。

FUNCLE 相信藝術擁有超越時間的力量，能夠在人性良知精神中留下不可磨滅的印記。它不僅是美學，更是承載情感、思想和文化價值的渠道，能夠跨越世代地產生共鳴。從古代文明令人嘆為觀止的壁畫到點綴我們工作室的當代藝術裝置，藝術就如同一座永恆的橋樑，連結著過去、現在和未來。

因此，我們創作了這個藝術裝置，讓參觀者能夠成為作品的一部分 - 即使只是踏入裝置之中，只需花幾分鐘的時間，欣賞各收藏品和無價的擺設，它們都承載著滿滿的香港歷史。我們深信這種呈現方式比任何其他展示方式都更具震撼力，更能傳遞這個【傳承連結的力量】的信息，加以「反射:深思」，好讓被忽略的價值能夠有機會在未來再次重組及讓大家可以細味的解讀。
